Dark Man X was sentenced to 6 months in an Arizona prison for his 116^th probation violation. It seems as if X failed a drug test on one of his visits to his P.O. and his drug of choice was cocaine. His struggles with cocaine have been well documented as has his run-ins with Johnny Law. In the last decade, he's been arrested for a linty of crimes including assault, animal cruelty, weapons possession, drug possession, reckless driving, attempted carjacking, and impersonation of a federal officer (really!).

The sheriff in the Arizona town where he's being held fancies himself as the toughest sheriff in the United States and even has the inmates wear pink! He seems to have it in for X or just have something against rappers or a rapper that commits multiple crimes and keeps getting slapped on the wrist. He wants to put X away for some real time, but the 6 months he received may be shortened by a successful stint in rehab…

…at the Pasadena Recovery Center, home of Dr. Drew Pinsky and VH1's "Celebrity Rehab" though as of now he won't be appearing on the show. But damn, wouldn't you want to see DMX on "Celebrity Rehab" with some coked out socialite that thinks the world revolves around her? The judge seems favorable to Dr. Pinsky's plan for treatment in lieu of prison for the rapper; if only he would stipulate that he had to appear on the show. Either way, I hope X is able to conquer his demons.
