I suppose the correct thing to do is to start by saying Happy Mother’s Day to all of the mothers out there, but especially to my mom Tracey. There’s not much more I can say about her that you haven’t read within these paragraphs over the last few years, except that in nearly 32 years of my life, I’ve never heard my mom complain about the responsibility of raising me and my sister. She raised a boy to a man from 14 and later a girl to a woman without every taking a day off, berating our fathers or putting her goals on hold while she allowed us to chase our dreams. It is because of her who I am now and who I will be for the rest of my life, I love you Ma!
