I know Jay-Z said that 30 is the new 20, but is 40 the new 25? Take a look at this month's issues of King and Smoth magazines, they feature Stacey Dash and LisaRaye respectively and they look good...damn good! Especially when you factor that both women will have their 42nd birthday this year.

Next, Halle Berry looks as fabulous as ever after having her first child. She's also 41. Halle has always been the standard and continues to be as she gets older and better.

As a matter of fact, her baby-daddy is 10 years her junior and she is one of many that are taking part in a trend of older women getting with younger men. White folks have dubbed them cougars, magazines call them "fabulous at 40".

Just last year Usher married Tameka Foster who is either above or below the 40 mark depending on what you're reading. And last week, Mariah Carey who is 38 married 27 year-old Nick Cannon. Even Star Jones and Dwayne Wade are rumored to be getting their swerve on! I guess Demi Moore set it off!

We're used to seeing older men with younger women, Jay-Z and Beyonce for example (not going to take an R. Kelly shot), but older women, especially in entertainment seem to starting their own trend. Now if someone could just hook me up with Pam Grier, who turns 59 later this month, I'd be good!
