New Orleans was notorious for its poor educational system before Hurrican Katrina hit and I can imagine there hasn't been much improvement since, but one (former) resident is showing that she learned a thing or two in Economics. She's suing the United States for three quadrillion dollars! That is not a typo, three quadrillion dollars. The number looks sort of like this... $3,000,000,000,000,000. Nevermind that New Orleans filed suit for 46 billion, she felt like her suffering and anguish was worth 6 or seven times the devastion that the City suffered and 75 times the gross national product of the entire country. My mother always said aim to be #1!
