Emotionally Challenged

Something very interesting is happening over on Tumblr and around the internet this month, something that I know I will benefit from and you may as well, it’s the 30 Day Letter Writing Challenge. I became aware of this via Twitter and a couple of folks I interact with other there have already started and I think I will begin my challenge tomorrow. I’m hoping a few of you will participate as well, maybe not publicly as I will from time-to-time, but in a way that allows you to work through some things.

Over the course of 30 days letters are to be written to your parents, siblings, best friend, an ex and various others folks that you know, have known or never met. Yeah, it can get heavy, and if done right, may close a few chapters of pain and discard some of the baggage that you’ve been holding on to. Below you’ll find the complete list of days/subject for the 30 Day Letter Writing Challenge and starting tomorrow you’ll find a separate page with my first letter to my best friend(s).

I think that I'll start tomorrow. Seems like it will be interesting especially the letter to my parent. Good luck
